Talk to your doc: Everyone reacts differently to different medications and it is not outside the realm of possibility that you react negatively to cymbalta (duloxetine). I noticed that you also have some thyroid involvement given the metformin. The best path is to talk with your physician about your symptoms and determine together how best to proceed.
