Some advice: Note you have had a number of cardiac studies. Your exercise program may be compromised by your cardiac status, and you need to work closely with your doctor. Generically, get a personal trainer, and decide on which exercises will assist reaching your goals. Maybe prudent to exercise 15-20 mins every other day at first, and keep heart rate monitored and low initially. Be patient, stick to plan.
