Sleep apnea : Proventil is albuterol which is used for the treatment of reactive airway disease and asthma. Sleep apnea is a mechanical obstruction and either requires a CPAP mask, tonsillectomy / adenoidectomy, or weight loss to cure. Proventil would not likely help with sleep apnea at all in my opinion.

Sleep Apnea: Provent is for asthma and copd if you have those conditions then yes you will breathe better at night.
