Probably unrelated: Jaw pain may be due to clenching in your sleep due to stress tired, hungry, dizzy probably related to what you ate or drank night before pimple you found probably a plugged sebaceous gland just like any other pimple any where on your skin or possibly a mosquito or other insect bite - if it does not clear in 2 days you should see your md.
