Sprain: That is very dependant on the patient , but a general rule would be 3-4 weeks minimum. If surgery was done even longer. Ligaments can take as long as bones to heal and pushing walking too soon can result in re-injury with even worse consequences than a sprain. Be patient - it takes time. Good luck !

It varies: The time table for return to full weight bearing is dependent on the progress of healing. It needs to be evaluated for stability and strength of injured structures. See a specialists before attempting full weight bearing!

Depends: Everyone heals at a rate, for grade 3 6 -8 weeks is not uncommon. The pain to the toes is not normal but could be caused by cast or whatever you were in for imbolization.
