I had rhinosinusitus before i left to go travelling. i had 2 lots of nasal spray and was told after 2mths i should be clear but i'm not. what do i do?

Not acute?: Rhinosinusitus can take different courses. It can be viral or bacterial and progress to chronic infections. So, while this may be disappointing, yours seems not to be the simplest type right now. Go back to the doctor (or another) and describe the history. You'll move on to the 2nd treatment level.
