Strategy : I assume the 600 creatinine is in μmol/l rather than the mg/dl reported in the us? If so, that would equal 6.8 mg/dl and represents significant renal dysfunction. No easy solution. Reduction of risk factors with adequate bp, lipid, and cholesterol control may help slow progression. If the prostate issue is causing kidney blockage then that should be addressed as well. If you smoke, stop! good luck.

Handle each: The elevated creatine may represent a muscle problem, or even association with exercise and muscle break-down, and the prostate issue may be benign prostatic hypertrophy. The stroke issue may be the most risky, and your blood pressure, and cholesterol are clear risk factors. Do not see statins on list, but these could affect muscle. You might wish more stroke protection with aggrenox.
