CK: There are no specific symptoms of elevated ck. If the elevation is true and not a lab error, there usually is muscle damage associated and discomfort related to the involved muscle would be the symptom.

None: In my series of medical students, almost all the men and a majority of the women who were even moderately focused on physical fitness had creatine kinase levels above reference range. Right or wrong, the lab's reference range assumes the person does not exercise.
