You have to see MD: You have to see your doctor to make sure it is a wart, dark lesion with 'white' around could be a melanoma , subungueal ( under the nail ) you must see your doctor to make sure it is not a melanoma

Probably: Warts have a velvety surface. Halo nevi are brown & smooth. Melanoma is very unlikely but very important to diagnose early. Have you used any treatment on it? Since you have warts on other areas, this is probably a wart. Best to see a dermatologist.
