Get a real diagnosis: You need a relationship with a physician who you trust. Hiv antibody is very unlikely to be undetected in real aids. You can have a pcr assay done if you are obsessed with the idea. Any competent physician can tell you whether the spots are kaposi's. Truth be told, you have no business letting these thoughts spoil your life or prevent you from getting rx'd for physical or emotional illness.
