They both same: About 25% of patients taking SSRIs like Lexapro or Prozac will gain about 10 lbs in weight or so.You can however minimize the weight gain by by eating a proper diet and exercise.Especially if you are already obese.Discuss with your doctor ot Psychiatrist if you are depressed and need help
