No day: Implantation does not cause pain. Most women have no symptoms during the time of implantation. If you miss your menstrual flow do a pregnancy test. That is the best way to find out. Implantation "pain" "bleeding" are not particularly real. Ovulation bleeding and ovulation or mid cycle bleeding are real. But subsequent implantation is typically asymptomatic.
