Milk thistle: Milk thistle has a potentially moderate interaction with coumadin (warfarin) which could increase the effect of this anti-coagulant. I would advise caution and speaking with your doctor and pharmacist before using them together.

Not a good idea: Milk thistle is not licensed in the USA. As far as I know it has been used for mushroom poisoning. It can be detrimental to the liver. If you are taking Coumadin (warfarin) you want to be very careful about medications that may affect the liver
