Exercise Helps: Exercise has been know to help all forms of chronic disease. Exercise would not hurt but rather help improve your general condition and hence most likely be a benefit for the management of your uc.

No effect: Exercise will have no effect on your ulcerative colitis. If you plan to exert yourself, refrain from high impact sports and hydrate well.
