Doctor visit needed: Generally speaking, bacterial vaginosis is a foul odor. Certainly, with any discharge in a sexually active female, you would need to have complete std testing. Regarding dryness, i would consult with your doctor to determine if this might be secondary to hormonal changes, medication or birth control pills.
