Help, not cure: I'm really sorry that your acne was not properly managed when it should have been. You can discuss your options with a dermatologist; they may include fillers, microsurgery and/or dermabrasion as well. Or you may choose to keep the marks for the "tough guy" look -- some hollywood men have done this. Costs will probably vary greatly; perhaps those who care about you can help.
