U are young to have: That, i rec a 2nd opinion, as u may want to see a gyn cancer surgeon who does a lot of robotic surgery as if they are benign which they should be a skilled surgeon may be able to remove the cyst and save some ovarian tissue on 1 or both ovaries, if they are small and u are sure they are benign , u could try bc pills first may or may not dissolve them before going to surgery.
