Could be a fissure: U will need a physical exam to diagnose it. You can start by taking a stool softener, drink a lot of fluids and avoid straining. Eat atleast 20-30 gms of fiber per day. Soaking bottom in warm water helps relieve the pain. If the pain doesnt improve or gets worse then you will need an exam by a colorectal surgeon. Goodluck!

Anal fissure and: Hemorrhoids are possibilities. Try taking otc nsaids and applying preparation h. Laxatives or stool softeners would help if u are constipated. Take care!
