Yes and depends: Aleve is not a contraindication to tylenol (acetaminophen). However, each medication has the potential to cause side effects. Ice packs are good for inflammatory type pain while heat may help with muscle spasm. You should consult with a doctor to determine the cause of your pain and which you would benefit from.

Yes... Depends: You can take tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain with aleve. Ice helps new onset pain whereas heat is usually better for chronic pain (pain that's been around for a while). If you have severe pain, see your doctor about it and good luck.
