You did before: You mean sitting in lotos position , padmasana if you practiced before , will balance the body relaxes the spine , relaxes pelvic ligaments widens pelvic out let as it is needed for normal delivery , is good for experienced yoga practitioners , if you are not , do not do it , you may get hurt. You can practice after delivery.
