Could be: High blood pressure can cause a headache, especially if it is very high. Some medication is very dangerous if you stop it suddenly. You need to see a doctor and get a refill of your medication as soon as possible.

It's possible: Some blood pressure medicines have a "rebound" effect if stopped suddenly. "rebound" means that your blood pressure may be higher after stopping these meds than if you'd never taken them at all. Your pharmacy may be able to give you a few pills to last until you can see your doctor and get a refill.
