Is it prescribed?: If your doctor has prescribed mirtazepine to you for this purpose, yes you can take it at bedtime. If not, i wouldn't. You can certainly discuss your sleep needs with your doctor, though. It's important that you're both on the same page with regard to all aspects of your treatment, and that you're not bringing things in without him/her knowing. Be well.
