After vaginal histerectomy what exercises can one do?

Any exercise: So long as you've fully recovered and been given the 'okay' by your doctor, you can resume the exercises you were doing or start new exercises. The biggest concern with vaginal hyst is to make sure the tissue in the vagina has fully healed before weight lifting exercises. Typically your doctor will have limitations for lifting following surgery. Walking or treadmill or elliptical are great after.

Walking: A woman can walk immediately after a hysterectomy regardless of the route. Most women should limit strenuous exercise for at least two weeks and sometimes 4 or more weeks.
