Analysis, Not Odds: A semen analysis evaluates several important aspects of ejaculate. The most important are volume of ejaculate, concentration of sperm, % moving, % moving mostly straight, and the appearance of the sperm. If your count is 30m then you have a low sperm count (< 15m/cc) (30m/7.3 cc = 4.1 m/cc) with reduced motility if this has been your only test, recheck it in 6 weeks. See a urologist if persists.
