Lipoma?: These are very common: lipomas are small dense collections of fat tissue that can form just about anywhere on the body. Some have 1 or 2 others have more. They tend to be soft/squishy and not painful. Have your friendly neighborhood pcp or derm look at them to be sure!

?lipoma or cyst: Such multiple subcutaneus nodules could represent a benign lipoma or cyst. Have you doctor examine you.
