Excellent: If you are a medical student , country needs primary care physicians desperately in thousands, a gratifying job. Some specialization is possible , not advanced specialities for which have to go on a different track. Good luck.

Family Medicine: The possibilities are endless. I went on to become a board certified lipidologist. My friend runs an emergency room. There are multiple subspecialties in family medicine including sports medicine and geriatrics.Just to name a few.

Yes: Family medicine fellowships are available in Sports Medicine, Geriatrics, Addiction Medicine, Adolescent Medicine, Hospital Medicine (and others that I cannot recall).
