You could have: Had an isolated positional - obstructive apneic episode during sleep with some hypoxia that lead to your symptoms. If you are morbidly obese you could have osa. Weight is not always a predictive factor either. You could always visit a sleep medicine doctor if you feel concerned or this repeats itself.
