Yes: Coconut allergy has been described but it is not a common food allergy. Walnut is the most common nut allergy. While fda says coconut is a "nut" it is a drupe. Patients with nut and peanut allergy are not more likely to develop coconut allergy, but they are more likely to develop sesame seed allergy.
