Has it gone away?: You don't describe your symptoms. However, if you are truly allergic to coconut, as an adult it would be unlikely to resolve. Therefore, either you are still allergic or your symptoms are unrelated to coconut. You need to see an allergist/immunologist to sort things out.

More Details: Not sure what you mean by this? If you can tolerate coconut with no immediate symptoms (minutes-2hrs) like hives, itching, swelling, shortness of breath, vomiting, etc. then you are not likely allergic. Other more chronic symptoms could be unrelated or secondary to food intolerance. See Allergist for further workup if concerned.
