going to be going to a place where pollen activity will be high. what are some ways to prevent allergies?

Being prepared: When traveling to an area that may trigger your allergies, be sure to take enough of your medication and place it in your carry on. Starting nasal steroid sprays before you arrive may decrease symptoms. Book a hotel that has air-conditioning so the windows can be closed. Shower and change clothes after returning to hotel. Most pollen is released in the morning. Rent minivan not convertible.
