Control is possible: While no cure exists, typically a treatment regimen of avoidance (as practical), nasal steroid spray ( example: flonase), non drowsy antihistamine (zyrtec, allegra, claritin) work well for most people when started before the allergy season. For others, allergy injections can be very helpful especially for long term relief.
