Yes,start with pcp: Muscle twitch can be a tic, myoclonus, myokymia, fasciculations or muscle spasms each has brief rare occurence usually insignificant--frequent but short lived caused by benign causes include electrolyte and nutritional deficiency or an expression of other neurological disorder--if it is bother you check with your pcp.
