Section of my face is twitching i would like to know what causes that and do i need to see a doctor.

Typically benign: Twitching around an eye is called orbital myokymia and is benign. Twitches over central face should be evaluated, especially if painful. If persistent problems over 7-10 days, not bad idea to investigate.
