Boil: Well, if the boil is in the same locale, there may be a foreign body that causes the body to react. If the location of the boil changes, then it may indicate that you have a skin colonization with a particular bacterial sub-type. See a dermatologist to get this checked out by a professional.

Ok but may get treat: With recurrent skin abscesses it is possible you are a "carrier" of staph infections. A good thorough cleansing and decontamination protocol which you could find online or from your doc could likely help.
