All of following: Avoid acid urine producing beverages and foods ie oj, tomato sauce etc. Try prelief or Tums to alkalinize urine. Elavil at night takes 2-3 weeks to be effective. Anticholinergic ie oxybutinin to reduce overactive bladder symptoms.Elmiron (pentosan) x# daily for bladder lining protection. Pain meds as required.Cystoscopic bladder hydrodistension, DMSO coctail instillations may help. Urologist with ic interest.
