Please advise! how much alcohol is too much?

Dr. Pamela Pappas

Alcohol: For alcoholics, any alcohol is "too much." also, if on psychotropic medications, any is "too much." for others: more than 1 drink/day for women, and more than 2 drinks/day for men. Also, any amount that's more than you intended; makes you feel physically bad or guilty the next day; gets you into conflict with others; causes memory lapses or embarrassment; or interferes with important tasks.
