Disinhibitation: Often alcohol or other substances that change one's impressions, perceptions, attitudes and behavior create what seems a different personality. Usually, it returns to the usual one after the high (and aftermath) are gone. Some stay on the merry-go-round and never do. Core personality is not changed by the alcohol but the inhibitions gone so it looks different.
