I would call it sad : Before i would refer to it as "weird". This suggests that you are in an intoxicated (alcohol &/ or drugs) state a fair amount. This may also mean that you feel more disinhibited when intoxicated. Please remember that the effects of your drug & alcohol use are likely to catch up with you at some time.
