What are the causes of sweat outbreaks and extremely bad headache?

Infection: White blood cells in your body likely breaking down of bacteria/organism in your blood that are trying to get you sick release contents of those bugs into blood, making you shiver (also best time to take blood sample for culture). Body fever trying to kill them. Change in vessel diameter/fluids/blood pressure in brain leading to headache.
