Start looking for: "low grade" infections (eg: Tuberculosis, Fungal infections, etc and common inflammatory diseases esp with headache TEMPORAL ARTERITIS associated with polyarthralgia rheumatica.... In short See your Primary Care Provider ASAP! Good luck..hope this helps! Dr Z
