Could be: Some symptoms of depression include very low mood, loss of pleasure in previously enjoyed activities, feelings of worthlessness, sleep problems, appetite problems, thoughts of death and suicide. If you have these symptoms and they are causing significant problems in your life or you are a threat to your self, then your depression is possibly out of hand. A psychologist or psychiatrist can help.
