Make a decision to: Do things to improve your mood, your energy level and your outlook. Exercise regularly. Eat nutritiously. Try to get 8 hours of sleep per night. Spend time with friends & family. Volunteer to help put your life into perspective. See a therapist for cognitive behavioral therapy. He or she can make recommendations about whether or not psychiatric medications may be indicated. Consider acupuncture.
