What can men do to unite against the cruel behavior of women in menopause?

I think: Men should unite to be understanding and compassionate for the changes in hormone levels and behavior women have to experience as they proceed through menopause. After all, most men don't go through an "andropause" and are spared the physical and emotional trauma menopausal women must insure. If you cannot tolerate menopausal women, hang out at the local college where they're usually younger.
