I don't believe it: I have seen nothing, despite twenty years of "pop" claims, to make me think that the phytoestrogens in soy, taken in normal quantities, are likely to alter one's hormonal milieu.There's a few guys with gynecomastia from massive ingestion (3 quarts of soy milk daily in one case). In the 1990's, with the many claims of fearful pollution by estrogenic chemicals, the militants were still eating tofu.
