Not necessarily: More concerning is what your intention is for drinking the wine before bed. If it is to help you fall asleep, then my response would be that you are probably trying to mask another underlying problem (e.g. Sleep apnea, depression, etc) or some other issue. Alcohol can actually have a rebound stimulant effect once metabolized, and can cause further sleep problems. See your doctor.
