Based on geography: Some states allow both, some just medicinal use, and some prohibit. In colorado, we see the full spectrum. Not fully clear currently, whether marijuana will assume a full role in medical treatment, but so far, some evidence of value in spasticity and tremors, and some migraine patients feel it is miraculous. Need to do research studies.

Only with RX: Only with a prescription is cannabis use ever medicinal. It is not used recreationally as a medicine.
