That depends: There are actually a few different conditions that can produce a feeling of "paranoid of everything." i'd suggest an appointment with a mental health professional with a background in cognitive-behavioral therapy and the treatment of anxiety.

Anxiety: What I hear in the question is what is known as generalized anxiety disorder which can be though of as a chronic state of anxiety caused by many things all at once, and often for no seemingly apparent reason whatsoever.
