Can wearing glasses or contacts count as having correctable 20/20 vision?

Possibly: If the eyeglasses or contact lenses permit you to have vision corrected the point that you can comfortably read the 20/20 line, then you have correctable 20/20 vision.

Yes: Corrected vision means the vision improved with glasses and/or contact lenses in place. It is implied that the prescription in the glasses and/or contacts is the best possible one for your eyes. Correctable means that the vision can be made better with glasses and/or contact lenses.
