Healthy lifestyle: You are off to a good start by asking this question. Many illnesses are a byproduct of lifestyle. Please start w/a visit to your doc to make sure all is well medically. Then think holistically. Eat healthy--low sugar, carbs, junk food w/high fruits and vegetables. Exercise if ok w/doc--pretty much any kind is good--even brisk walking. Watch your attitude--be realistic but not negative.Peace.
