Many factors.: Focus on: 1. Improving your diet. 2. An exercise program. 3. Stress reduction. 4. Avoidance of toxins such as nicotine, drugs, and excessive alcohol. 5. Associated with people with similar/positive outlooks. 6. Ample rest/sleep/recreation time. Seek professional help in any of the above areas as needed. Best wishes.

Healthy lifestyle: Eat healthfully w at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 of fruit /day (organic is best). Increase nutritional fiber. Avoid refined sugar & junk carbohydrates. Avoid sweetened juices, soda & caffeinated beverages. Watch portion sizes. No tobacco, illicit drugs & low to no alcohol use. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs sleep /night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Maintain good hygiene. Daily physical

Healthy lifestyle: You are off to a good start by asking this question. Many illnesses are a byproduct of lifestyle. Please start w/a visit to your doc to make sure all is well medically. Then think holistically. Eat healthy--low sugar, carbs, junk food w/high fruits and vegetables. Exercise if ok w/doc--pretty much any kind is good--even brisk walking. Watch your attitude--be realistic but not negative.Peace.
