Will i need both alcohol pads and antiseptic cleansing wipes for a first aid kit?

Yes: You are not going to want to put alcohol wipe onto a clean open wound since it burns like crazy. Spray antiseptic or even bottle of saline to irrigate the wound is good in addition to alcohol pads that you may want to use in case of a bite or before injection.
